We will be taking photographs and videos of all areas of our conference to use in future marketing. As the parent/guardian, do you give permission for your daughter to appear in our photographs or videos that may be used for marketing purposes? We will have very discreet coloring on name tags to distinguish between those who can or can not be included in photographs or videos. If you do not want your child's photo used, we will edit all photos to exclude her picture. Please check yes or no below.
